BT'S Neve Tzedek Kitchen categories of are a bit different from the standard set. I see food in terms of color and texture and often, what serving dish I want to use. Sometimes the strongest influence in a dish is simply that all the vegetables are green.

 

I imagine my indiosycrantic approach may not be intuitive for most readers, so if you are looking for soups for example, type "soup" in the search box in the upper right of the page or click on an term in the tag cloud.  But, if you are up for an adventure I encourage you to take a browse through the categories below. You might find something entirely unexpected but entirely worth looking into.
