BT's Lokshen Kugel (Noodle Pudding)
Ingredients:
1 pound (454 grams) dry egg noodles
6 eggs
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup (125 ml) water
1 cup (125 ml) milk (can use soy or almond milk)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (150 grams )sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
handful of raisins - washed thoroughly
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. (175 C.)
Grease casserole dish with 1 tablespoon oil
Mix eggs, salt, cinnamon, water, milk and remainder of oil in a bowl
Cook egg noodles until al dente
Drain and add noodles and raisins
Pour into greased pan
Bake for 1 hour
