BT's Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup (150 grams) flour
1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup (150 grams) pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup (60 grams) icing sugar
Directions:
Chop pecans into small pieces
Mix flour, salt, sugar and pecans
Mix butter, salt and vanilla
Add dry ingredients to wet
Form into golf-ball size cookies
Bake at 325 F. (160 C.) for 15 minutes
Roll cookies in icing sugar when still warm
Leave on sheet to dry
