BT's Kufta Kebab With Sumac
Ingredients:
Half pound (250 grams) ground lamb
1 small red onion
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sumac
Directions:
Dice onion into very small pieces
Mix together onion, lamb, turmeric, salt and parsley
Form into an oblong ball
Grill on medium heat for 7 minutes
Meat should be charred but slightly pink on the inside
Sprinkle sumac on top of kufta before serving
