Komish Broit (Mandl Brot)

Komish Broit or Mandl Brot are the two names for almond cookie. The Yiddish name depends on which dialect of Yiddish you speak. These cookies resemble Italian cantucci (American name - biscotti) but they are much softer and quite irresistible.
