This is my grandmother's recipe from the farm. The mustard is very hot when it's first made but loses its punch over time. Absolutely the best accompaniment to brisket or turkey sandwiches.
Baba's Homemade Mustard
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon white flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
pinch of salt
Directions:
In a small sealable container mix flour, mustard, salt and sugar
When dry ingredients incorporated add half of the vinegar
Mix thoroughly making sure no flour or mustard is stuck at the bottom of the jar
Add the rest of the vinegar. Mix for at least 2 minutes so that the mustard has an even consistency
Store in refrigerator in sealed container for up to two months
Enjoy! !בתיאבון
